THE FINALS
A loud, fast team-of-three shooter where whole buildings come down, now with bot modes for a gentler start.

- 0–5 minPractice Range: try movement and one gadget each.
- 5–30 minCashout (Bots) as a team of three, until you are knocked out or win the final.

Accounts and ages
Before anyone signs up
An Embark ID is required and can be linked to Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, Epic, Discord and Twitch. Nexon's terms say children under 13 may not register without parental consent, and minors play with a parent's permission and supervision; there is no special children's account.
Voice chat is on by default, as push-to-talk on PC and voice-activated on console, and Embark turned off voice moderation in March 2026. Text chat can be hidden in the settings, and Anonymous Mode hides your name from players outside your party, including from the new announcer that can read names aloud.
Where the first hours go
Embark points new players to a tutorial that ends in a Cashout match against bots, then to Cashout (Bots), where a party of up to three plays the full tournament format against AI. After that come matches against players, where the destruction turns every plan into a new one.
The core modes are built for exactly three. Season 12 (October 2026) reworked maps and the interface and added a solo mode in beta, and the shop sells fixed bundles with listed contents.
A trio of friends on PC, PS5 or Xbox Series X|S who like shooters and want teamwork that matters. The bot modes make it kinder to beginners than most shooters.
Families with younger children, crews mixing phones or a Switch, PS4 owners since March 2026, and anyone who wants sessions under ten minutes.
